Welcome

Everyone needs something that they can use to share a bit of themselves with others. Kathyy's Krafts allows me to share my passion for art, crafts, recycling, and repurposing while allowing you to enjoy beautiful handmade and handcrafted items.

Payment

PayPal is the accepted method of payment. Illinois residents will be charged a 6.25% tax when payment is submitted.

Shipping

Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 business days (usually next business day) after your payment clears.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving the item to discuss a return or exchange. If you decide to return the item you must ship it back to me with delivery confirmation on the package. Once the item is received back, a refund for your purchase price (not the shipping) will be provided. Returns/exchanges will not be processed until the items has been received by me.
