Welcome to Alene Couture Jewellery & Accessories, the shop policies here are under construction, please visit frequently for updates.

Payment

Alenecouture’s preferred method of payment is PayPal, but we also accept checks, and money orders. Please make all PayPal payments within 5 days of your order. We will allow up to 10 days for payment if you are sending a check our money order.

Shipping

All Canadian shipments will be made by Canada Post Regular Parcel with Tracking. US and all other International shipments under $50 will be made without tracking or registration, unless requested otherwise. All shipments will be made the following Monday after payment is received.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please notify us of any problems with your purchase as soon as possible. If you have noticed anything about your order that was not originally as stated in the Etsy listing, this is cause for concern. Each problem will be assessed on an individual basis and the buyer will be compensated appropriately.
