Welcome to Have You Any Wool! My yarns are dyed in small batches using a kettle dyeing method, which creates semisolid, and subtly vareigated yarns. Though up to 10 skeins can be dyed at the same time, there can be variances between skeins even within the same dyelot, due to the nature of kettle-dyeing, I always recommend alternating skeins when making a project.

Payment

The only payment I currently accept is Paypal, and payment must be received within three days of purchase, or the sale will be cancelled.

Shipping

I prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail for US purchases. If you would like your purchase shipped via First Class mail, please leave a message in the note to seller box when checking out, and I will gladly refund the difference in shipping charges.
I charge only what the post office charges me to ship. All US orders are charged a flat rate of $4.95, and I can ship up to three skeins for this price. If you purchase more than three skeins, I will send you an invoice for the adjusted shipping charges.
International parcels are sent via First Class International, to keep your shipping charges down. I can send the yarn via Priority Mail International, but the rates are very high, and I will have to charge you the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases, so if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you received, please convo me right away so we can work out a solution.

Additional Policies and FAQs

BALL WINDING SERVICES
If ever you need your skein of yarn wound into a center-pull ball before shipping, let me know. I'd be happy to do so, simply mention it in the "notes to seller" area during checkout. I can also divide the skein into two equal balls, if you desire.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I am more than happy to take custom orders. All of my yarns and spinning fibers are dyed one at a time, though I do take notes, and can come very close to replicating a previous color. If you have a color you would like to see in the shop, please convo me, and I'll be happy to help you out. I can also do custom spinning orders, upon request. If there is a roving in my shop that you like, but don't know how to spin, I'd be happy to spin it up for you, according to your preferences. Wait times on custom spinning orders will vary, so if you are interested, please convo me and I will give you a time estimate.

ALLERGIES
My yarns and fibers are dyed in a smoke-free, but dog-friendly home. I try my best to be sure that no dog hair is in the items I sell, but a stray may appear from time to time.

COLOR
I try very hard to accurately photograph my yarns. It takes me a great deal of time to take the photos, and edit them so that the colors are true. What I see on my monitor is correct, but please bear in mind that it may different from monitor to monitor. If ever you feel that the color was grossly misrepresented, please let me know immediately, and I will either refund your money, or dye up a new skein.
