Payment

I accept Paypal! However, you certainly don't have to have a Paypal account to pay this way...you can pay securely through Paypal using your regular ol' credit card. Woo!

Shipping

I always ship out as soon as earthly possible. Once you've purchased something its YOURS so as long as its hanging around my studio I feel like I've got something that doesn't belong to me!
Anyhow, I usually put your packet in the the Post within 24-48 hours.
I'm shipping almost everything USPS Priority these days. They've freaked out all of the pricing and its usually only ten cents less to ship the exact same thing parcel post.
SO, if you live in the US and if shipping is five-ish dollars or what-have-you...its coming priority.
And this is good.
YO, if your Paypal and Etsy addresses do not match, this will delay the whole process as I am going to contact you to find out which one to send to! I don't want to send your stuff to your granny or something.
INTERNATIONAL shipping is very expensive. And I'm guessing it doesn't get over the pond too quickly, either. I ship out international packets on Saturday mornings. The price that I charge is meant to coincide somewhat with the least expensive method USPS sends stuff. I'm guessing you don't mind waiting a coupla weeks as long as you don't have to pay a million dollars.
If I'm wrong and you want your goods quick, let me know and I'll invoice you the difference for a speedy delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you'd like to have your money back or exchange something it is certainly very important to me that you are pleased with your purchase. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges that the aforementioned may incur.

Please choose your shoe size wisely! Those babies are not cheap to send back and forth through the post. If you are afraid you might get the size wrong, measure your foot from heel to toe and I can measure for you which shoe would be the best fit.

Being illegal is so very edgy.
But I'm going to go ahead and collect the measly four percent from New York residents. Paypal does it automatically and the whole thing is really very painless.
No, the state did not ask nicely, but somehow it seems the right thing to do.
If you are from The City: yeah, you know who you are! I'll refund that four percent in a timely manner. because. you. don't. have. to. pay. it.

This isn't really a policy so much as a point-of-interest.
Every-single-shred-of-fabric that comes through the studio door is immediately washed HOT (in dye and frag free detergent) and dried HOT HOT HOT. Before it gets shelved or cut out or printed on or anything! This takes care of the shrinking for you. And the dirt, too, I guess.
