Thank you so much for your interest in my work!
All of the books in my shop are made by myself. I cut the pages, create the covers, and hand sew the bindings. I love to use found objects and unusual papers!
The art prints are archival, made with high quality ink on high quality paper. Each one is a copy of an original acrylic painting done by myself.
All items are created in a smoke free, pet free environment.
I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. Just send me a message!
Payment
If I do not receive payment or notice of a payment on the way within one week, I will cancel your order. I always email first to check, but will go ahead and cancel if I do not hear back within a day or two of this notification.
Please note that I am required by law to collect state sales tax from California residents. This is calculated within PayPal when you complete the payment process. The amount is extremely difficult to calculate for different regions of CA, so PayPal will charge a flat rate of 8.25% for all California residents.
Shipping
I send all orders via Postal Service regular mail. International orders ship on Saturday. Domestic orders ship twice a week on Saturday and another day early in the week, such as Tuesday or Wednesday. If you need your purchases to arrive more quickly, please send me a message and I can ship it sooner and/or I can send you a revised invoice for a shipping upgrade.
Shipping prices include shipping and handling.
I usually ship to the address provided through Etsy. Please provide matching shipping addresses for Etsy and PayPal to be sure your items arrive at the intended address. I am happy to ship items to gift recipients, just be sure to notify me of the address that I am to ship to.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days from receiving it. You pay for the return postage and I will refund the price of the item once I receive it. This excludes prints, which are non-refundable. If a print is damaged during shipping, please let me know via a convo or an email and I will replace it. If another item (other than a print) is damaged during shipping, please let me know and I will either replace it or send you a refund.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you would like to send an item as a gift, just let me know! I am happy to include a note from you to the recipient. Also, in letting me know ahead of time the item is a gift, I will not include a receipt.
