Welcome

ll bumbles & lu products are individually crafted by hand, so there may be slight variations in appearance. I use only animal-free (vegan) products and try to incorporate recycled and salvaged materials whenever possible. All items have been produced in a smoke-free environment.

I am more than happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. I will also ship internationally - make a note on checkout & I will invoice you with appropriate shipping. Please see my profile for additional information regarding payment, shipping & handling, custom orders and returns.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Please do not purchase an item if you are not able to pay for it. Please let me know if a problem arises or if there will be a delay in payment.

Shipping

- Domestic orders will be shipped via First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation [excluding zines, which will be shipped via First Class mail without Delivery Confirmation] within 3-5 business days from payment.
- I ship to *confirmed* Paypal addresses. Unconfirmed addresses will be asked to confirm, or may be subject to additional shipping fees to avoid fraud.
- I ship internationally. Please convo me if you'd like a quote specific to your location.
- I am more than happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases.
- I try to use recycled packing materials whenever possible. If you'd prefer new packing materials, please let me know during checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final unless there is a defect in the item. If that is the case, contact me and we can work out an exchange or refund. Shipping fees will be subtracted from refunds.
