CurlyMonkey strives to provide an organic option for parents and their most precious gifts.
We take pride in offering 100% certified organic fabrics from manufacturers who work to prevent environmental degradation and animal exploitation and who adhere to international standards of fair wages, work benefits, positive environment and no child abuse.
Dyeing and screen printing are also guaranteed to be eco-friendly.

Payment

Payment accepted via Paypal is required at the time of purchase.
CurlyMonkey is located in Los Angeles and sales tax is added to orders that require sales tax and are shipped within CA.

Shipping

* SHIPPING *
NOTE: If your Etsy and Paypal addresses are different, let me know as we ship to the Paypal address.
Unless mentioned, items are ready to ship. Custom Orders take 5-10 business days for completion plus shipping time.
Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with its tracking number.
CurlyMonkey™ cannot be held responsible for lost or damages packages once taken to the post office

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We gladly ship outside the US.
Please contact curlymonkey with your location for an exact quote.
Buyer is responsible for custom fees if any.

Insurance is optional but recommended - $1.30 per $50. of coverage. Contact us prior to purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

* RETURN/EXCHANGE:
If you are no't 100% satisfied with your order, neither are we.
We will exchange your article if:
* the wrong size/color/style was shipped
* the article is defective

If for any reason you have a problem with your order - contact us to resolve the issue.
Please note that our products are handmade in small runs. If we can't provide the size you need, we will offer a store credit.
Please return your unused item in its original condition within 14 days after receiving it.
Items that have been used, laundred, scented or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange.
Buyer agrees to pay for return charges with delivery confirmation.

All sales are final for "One of a kind" or "on sale" item.
