Hello! And thanks for stopping by! All of the items you see for sale in my shop are made lovingly by hand, so each one is absolutely unique!

The jewelry I make is made of various materials including polymer clay, enamel, metal sheeting, found objects, resin and beads. Each one is hand-sculpted and hand-printed so each one will be a little different.

My masks are made mostly of neoprene casting rubber -- which is a firm but flexible rubber. Not at ALL like the cheapie latex Halloween masks you find in stores! My neoprene masks are cast one at a time from a mold that I've made of gypsum cement which was in turn made from one of my original sculptures. No mass-produced stuff here. They're painted in non-toxic acrylics and embellishments are added, beads, feathers, fabrics, etc. Each one is unique and a work of wearable art.

I'm also a painter, specializing in watercolors. I hope to be able to offer more items like prints, notecards, postcards etc featuring my work! All of these items are printed by me on my awesome Epson printer utilizing archival inks. The prints are printed on ph-neutral textured watercolor paper and then carefully coated with a UV protectorant so to give a print that will last a good long time. All prints are signed on the back as well.

Payment

For inside the USA:
Payments: I accept Paypal, money orders, personal checks and e-checks. Checks of all sorts will be held until they clear.

For Elsewhere:
Paypal only please!

If I haven't received your payment within a few days of your order, I'll send you a convo to see what's up. If I receive no payment or contact from a buyer in 7 days, I will cancel the order and relist the item. If something comes up, just send me an email or convo and let me know!

Shipping

I ship all items USPS. When possible, I reuse packing materials such as bubble wrap. Jewelry is sent in bubble-envelope mailers, with the item wrapped in additional bubble wrap. I try to package my items all as nicely and decoratively as possible! (And include a few extra goodies, too!)

Shipping: Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping price for all my US orders. For Canada and International orders, I retain copies/scans of the customs forms and receipts for the postal transaction.

I try to ship all items within 2 business days of your order. If I have an unusual delay, I'll convo you to let you know, but it's rare that I can't get your item out within a day or two.

Once a package is out of my hands, it's really out of my hands, unfortunately. I can't be held responsible for packages lost in the mail but will do all I can on my end to help locate your package and give you all the info you may need to locate it through your local post office.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the items I sell (jewelry and masks) I cannot accept returns. However, if you item was damaged in the mail, please let me know as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem! If I can fix it, I will do so free of charge. If I can't, we can talk about exchanging or replacing the item!

Additional Policies and FAQs

For items over $40 like my masks, insurance is automatically included in the shipping price, as well as a Delivery Confirmation for US orders. If you'd like to insure any other items (pendants, jewelry etc) just add 50 cents to your shipping price.
