Welcome

Welcome to Analiese Designs. I create unique pendants out of Polymer Clay or Glass and Paper, using a variety of images. I also offer custom photo pendants as well as other custom items.

From time to time, I will also add a variety of hand crafted jewelry and vintage jewelry from my own collection, as well as other specialty items.

I am happy to discuss any special requests you may have. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Payment

I accept Paypal, Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders.

You can pay using a credit card via Paypal.

I also accept Google Checkout and Propay where you can also pay using a credit card. I would be happy to send you an invoice based on your request.

All checks must clear before any items are shipped. This can take anywhere from 5-10 days.

Shipping

I will ship anywhere in the world as long as it is a valid address.

Most of my packages mailed within the United States will have delivery confirmation.

If you would like any insurance added to your package, please let me know and I will send you quote and an invoice via Paypal if you choose to take it.

If you would like Priority Shipping, I am happy to do so for an additional charge. Again, please contact me for more information.

International buyers are responsible for any taxes or fees that might have to be paid in your country.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges will be accepted when an item arrives damaged or broken. Unless otherwise agreed, items must be returned or photographed before a replacement will be shipped. If you do not receive a package, please contact me for more information.

Q. Do you accept personal requests?
A. Yes - I am happy to accept personal Alchemy requests and custom orders. Feel free to browse my sold section. In most cases I am able to re-make any of my image pendants. If you are looking for something special - I will try my best to find an image that suits your needs.

Q. Do you sell your items wholesale?
A. I do offer wholesale pricing with a minimum order of 10 pendants. Please contact me for more information.

Q. Do you work with artists and/or photographers from Etsy?
A. Absolutely, yes!! I love working with the artists and photographers from Etsy or anywhere for that matter. I currently work with several photographers who offer their portrait customers my service. I do offer wholesale pricing for this service as well.

I have partnered with several Etsy artists and I am willing to work with you on a partnership. Please contact me for more information.

Q. Do you sell chains or chokers for your pendants?
A. Yes, I offer several necklace choices in the UPGRADES section in my shop. If you need more than one - please convo me and I will set up a special listing for you.

Q. If I order a custom item, how long will it take?
A. Most Custom orders will take between 5-7 days to ship. If it is going to take longer - it will be noted in the listing - or I will notify you of any delays.

Q. If I like an item from your sold section, can you re-make it?
A. I can usually re-make any pendant, as long as it is not stated that it is a One of a Kind or Single Run item.

Q. Can you make a glass tile pendant using an image from your polymer clay pendants or vice-versa?
A. More than likely, I can do this without any problem, however, please convo me first as I may not be able to do this with certain images.
