Think Pretty is a one girl design studio specializing in items for you and your home. All products are handcrafted, vintage or a combination of the two resulting in unique products that are often one of a kind or made in limited editions.

Payment

Your payment will be processed through PayPal, which provides an easy and safe way to pay online by credit card or from your bank account. If you are a resident of Canada and do not already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one during checkout (or anytime at the PayPal website). US residents are not required to have a PayPal account to use the service. Please visit the PayPal website if you would like more information about their service.

Shipping

Shipping is available within North America only at this time.

Canadian Residents
Orders shipped to Canadian destinations are sent via Canada Post. Your order will be processed within 1-3 days of being received and Canada Post generally takes between 2-9 days for delivery on top of that.

US Residents
Orders shipped to US destinations are sent via Canada Post and the United States Postal Service. Your order will be processed within 1-3 days of being received and Canada Post/USPS generally take between 6-14 days for delivery on top of that.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.

Items are addressed and packaged with great care, most including delivery confirmation. If, however, you do find an error was made and what you received is not what you ordered, please contact me to discuss an exchange or refund.

Think Pretty cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact your local postal service if such a situation is to occur.

Good/Better/Best

Handmade products are crafted with great attention to detail and vintage items are carefully chosen. Because vintage items have been previously owned, as have some of the materials used to construct Think Pretty products, many items show signs of wear. Please be assured that this does not affect the quality of the products but instead adds to their character and contributes to the uniqueness of every item. To assist in your buying decision, each item is assigned a rating indicating its overall condition.

3 star = Good.
Item is in good condition with some wear or flaws as noted.

4 star = Better.
Item is in excellent condition with only slight wear or minor flaws.

5 star = Best.
Item is new or in like new condition.
