Welcome
All of the work you see here is created by me out of my studio in Wynnewood, PA, a suburb outside of Philadelphia.
If you purchase a work from me, you can be sure you will receive it within a reasonable amount of time from the day it is purchased and that care will be taken to ensure it's safe arrival.
Please take into consideration variables that may affect the piece as you see it in person versus on the computer screen. Using photo software, I may adjust colors if necessary so they represent the truest version of the painting.
Shipping is complimentary within the U.S. and is discounted 50% for those outside the U.S.
Returning customers receive a 30% discount on any piece. It's my way of saying thank you. Simply email me and I will reserve the painting with price adjustment in your name.
Again, thank you for visiting.
Payment
Payment may be made in whatever form you choose. I accept personal check, credit card or money order. If paying by check or money order, please let me know and send it so that it is received within ten days of purchase.
If you'd like to purchase an item but not pay the total all at once, I offer lay-a-away. I am flexible and will work with each person on an individual basis; generally I break the total out into four payments of one quarter the total price... but again I'm flexible on this.
Shipping
The majority of work ships USPS priority Mail insured. Large works, i.e. 40x40 in. or larger are taken to my local UPS Store where I utilize their services for packing and shipping. Their standards for packaging artwork are excellent. International customers are asked to contact me for a shipping quote. I use Express Mail International through the USPS to ensure my work arrives at its destination as quickly as possible. I offer discounts on international shipping to make the purchase of my work more appealing to those outside the US.
Recycled materials may be used in the packaging of your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Buying art is like buying fruit. It's a product of nature and we don't return fruit to the tree. If you have purchased a work and are really truly dissatisfied because you feel it was misrepresented in the images in the listing, I ask that you contact me first so that we can resolve the issue amicably. My best advice is to inquire before a purchase if you have any hesitation. I am always agreeable to emailing additional pics in varying degrees of light. Expenses related to returning a work are at the cost of the buyer.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Feedback is important and appreciated. It is good for others who would like to get a feel for customer satisfaction. I encourage all who purchase my work to leave helpful and insightful feedback for potential customers.
Whenever a piece finds a new home it is a good day. It gives me great satisfaction to create work from the heart that inspires someone to take it into their home or work environment. I appreciate all of you who share with me in enjoying my art.
