Dimensions given for pillow sizes are APPROXIMATE. I buy specific sizes of pillow inserts, but sizes may vary. If you need an EXACT size, perhaps you would like to purchase the insert yourself, and send it to me.

★ [ F A B R I C - C O L O R S ]:

Please note that actual fabric colors may be different than they appear on your computer. This is due to the large variation of monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers and the effects each has on each other.

If you need an EXACT match, please feel free to send me a sample swatch of the item you are trying to match, and I will do my best to match it.

On this same note, we all interpret colors differently. For example, my idea of "light pink" might be quite different from your idea of "light pink". So again, if you want an exact match, the only way that I can do that is for you to send me a sample of the color you would like. :)

★ [ C U S T O M - O R D E R S ]:

~ The great majority of the items you see listed in my shop are not "in stock" items...they are custom-made especially for you. Please check my homepage for my current turnaround time.

★ [ R U S H - O R D E R S ]:

If you find yourself in an "emergency" situation, and need your purchase sooner than my current turnaround time, I do offer a rush service (*Please check with me PRIOR to placing your order to be sure that my schedule can accomodate your request). My rush policy is as follows:

If you need your purchase SHIPPED** 2 weeks from the date of your order, the rush fee is $10 per item.

If you need your purchase SHIPPED** 1 week from the date of your order, the rush fee is $20 per item.

**PLEASE NOTE: My rush fee simply ensures that I will complete and SHIP your order on or before the promised date. It does NOT include expedited shipping.

Since I have absolutely no control over a package once I have mailed it, I cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that you will receive it as promised by the USPS, because unfortunately the Post Office does not guarantee anything (even Overnight Delivery!). The best way to ensure that a package will get to you by a certain date is to upgrade shipping to UPS, with costs running approximately double what the USPS charges for Priority Mail. Simply let me know if you are interested in a price quote for UPS.

★ Payment is required at the time your order is placed.

★ Alabama residents: Sales tax will automatically be added in the payment process through paypal. Thanks ya'al!

★ Did you know that you can pay via paypal WITHOUT setting up an account? Here is how to do it:

Step 1: Add product(s) to your cart.

Step 2: Click on the "Checkout" button.

Step 3: Confirm your address.

Step 4: Choose Payment Method as PAYPAL.

Step 5: Click Button that says "Pay with PAYPAL".

Step 6: Choose Credit Card Payment.

Step 7: Fill in the credit card information.

Shipping

★ I ship all orders to the address that is listed in the ETSY RECEIPT, not the paypal receipt. If you would like for me to send your package to a different address, simply let me know.

★ SHIPPING WITHIN THE US:
All of my pillows are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive notification from Paypal (via e-mail) when your package has been shipped. This e-mail will include a tracking number so that you can track your package online.

★ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping is available via USPS First Class International. Buyer is responsible for all customs, duty fees or taxes that may be assessed by your government.
*I am not willing to lie on the customs form. This is a purchase...not a gift, and I am required by law to list the retail value on the package.

★ SHIPPING INSURANCE:

I am terribly sorry, but I cannnot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. For extra protection, please purchase insurance. If you would like insurance, simply notify me in the "Message to Seller" area and I will update your invoice.

$0.01 to $50 $1.75
$50.01 to $100 $2.25
$100.01 to $200 $2.75
$200.01 to $300 $4.70

Refunds and Exchanges

★ Due to the fact that all items are custom-made, I cannot accept any returns or offer refunds/exchanges. Please be sure to read all descriptions very carefully before placing an order. Of course I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have, to be sure that you will get exactly what you want.

It has come to my attention that there are some copycats out there. Please note that ALL of my designs are original and Copyright © 2009 Southern Sassy Pants.
If you see someone copying my designs, descriptions, photos or listings, please let me know. Thanks ya'al!

★ Please DO NOT copy any of my designs, descriptions, or photos. Be original and come up with your own stuff!

I know that imitation is supposed to be the best form of flattery, but I can assure you that I am NOT flattered at all when I am copied, and will take the proper legal action if necessary!

★ On that same note...I am terribly sorry, but I will not give all of my "secrets" away. You see, I have spent soooooooo much time finding the right products for my business that it would be a shame for me to just give away my sources so easily.

Part of being creative and making things is doing the research to find products that are perfect for your items, not copying other designer's items.
