Payment

PayPal payment is expected within 3 days! If you pay with a PayPal e-check, I will wait for the check to clear before I ship!

Check or money order is expected, in my hands, within 7 days! I will deposit upon receiving and a check must clear the bank before I ship.

Please know that I am flexible but I expect communication from you. I will not under any circumstances ship an item that has not been paid for. I'm sure you understand...

I also understand that people change their minds... If you make a purchase and do not want to pay because you have changed your mind, please just let me know. I don't leave negative feedback for being human and changing your mind. Please just communicate!

Shipping

FREE continental USA shipping on handmade items through the season. Pay via PayPal and receive money back or pay via check and I'll send cash in your package!

My shipping days are Mondays and Fridays!

I typically ship usps parcel post or first class mail but on large heavy items I ship Federal Express Ground.

For international shipping on vintage items, please send me your shipping info and I will provide a ship quote for you.

If I ship and find that I've significantly over charged, I will refund the difference.

Please note that shipping costs include the cost of handling, packing supplies and mailing materials, which on vintage items can be significant.

Thank you for your purchase at Back Home Again..Service and quality are our priority! I do my best to describe each item, as well as provide quality pictures. I hold linens up to a window, with bright Colorado sunshine, to look for holes and stains. For most of us, the small faint stain or small chip makes a handmade vintage item a treasure. But I'm not perfect and my eyesight is not what it use to be. So if you are unhappy with your Back Home Again purchase, contact me within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. I know your going to love your Back Home Again treasure.....

My home and studio are smoke-free. However my cats, Sally and Gus, do roam freely. So if you are highly allergic to cats, please keep this in mind.


Back Home Again is an eco-friendly business. Not only are many of my items created from discarded vintage textiles and found fabrics but I do my best to cut down on packaging and mailing materials.

* I use recycled and reused boxes, nuts, bubble wrap as much as I possibly can. I'm successful about 90% of the time.

*My kids bring an unbelievable amount of paper home from school. I shred it and use it for packing.

*I use rechargeable batteries in my camera to cut down on batteries in the local land fill.
