Payment

I accept paypal.
If that doesn't work for you, just let me know. I'm sure we can work something out.

Shipping

I ship First Class USPS, typically in a rigid mailer.
Large orders (>$50) I typically ship Priority Mail.

No lost packages yet, but you never know. If it does get lost, I'm afraid you'll have to contact the Post Office as they are the ones who handle lost packages. If you'd like to pay for insurance or tracking, just convo me and I will add the charges to your order.

I am almost always able to ship within 24 hours of your payment. International orders might take a bit longer as I like to walk them to the Post Office counter. If it will be more than 24 hours, I will contact you via Etsy convo.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns in new condition are happily accepted if you contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.

I can refund item cost, but not shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
