All my items are CPSIA compliant and come from a pet-free, smoke-free home, so buy with confidence that your purchase will not smell when it arrives!

BOOTIE SIZING: It is a good idea to measure your baby's feet to determine size. Bootie size measurements are given in the item description. If your baby's foot length is within 1/4" of the length of the bootie, order the next larger size. The "month" sizes are only approximate; babies' feet vary in size by quite a bit. Some 6 month olds will fit into the 18 month size booties, and some 18 month olds will fit into the 6 month size booties.

Payment

Payment by PayPal online, or check or money order by mail. Please remit payment within 7 days. If you cannot remit payment within 7 days, please contact me.

I also accept barter and trades! Convo me for details.

Shipping

All booties are shipped no later than the 2nd postal business day after payment is received. Most booties ship within 24 hours; shipment will only be delayed by life circumstances or non-payment.

Shipping by USPS First Class to U.S. destinations, and to all other destinations by USPS First Class International. To save on costs, shipping will be "flat pack" shipping (without a gift box; shipping with gift box available at additional cost).

Refunds and Exchanges

You may return or exchange any pair of booties for any reason within 2 weeks of receiving your shipment (date of receipt determined by Delivery Confirmation date), provided that the booties are in the same condition in which they were received. (You need not return tissue paper or packaging.) Simply mail them back to:

Custom orders are gladly accepted! Whether you need a pair of booties to match an outfit, need an unusual size, or just want to see what you've dreamed made real, I love to create for you!

Toddler booties are done by special order; just convo me with your request. I can make the booties in 3 toddler sizes: T1 (shoe size 5-6), T2 (shoe size 7-8) and T3 (shoe size 9-10). The regular price is $20 per pair, which includes non-skid fabric sewn to the bottom. If the booties will not be used by a walking child, I can omit the non-skid fabric and the price is $18. But if the child will be walking, the non-skid fabric is essential because without it the booties are just too slippery on anything but carpet.

Wholesale orders are gladly accepted! Minimum wholesale order is 10 pairs, fully assortable by size, style, and color. Custom work is available at wholesale prices. 10% discount off the regular wholesale price is given for first orders and for orders of 100 or more pairs.
