I love to send presents so if you need your item shipped as a gift - I can do that! I'll include a little gift card and I won't put a receipt in the box. Just be sure to let me know, upon checkout where it's going and if you want a message on the gift card.
Payment
Please plan on paying me within 3 days. If you need extra time because it's a 'big ticket item', let me know BEFORE you buy to POSSIBLY arrange that, otherwise consider it due within 3 days. Paypal is the best way, OR you can have me call you direct, for a visa or mastercard number. No personal checks, sorry.
Shipping
I appreciate every sale, so with that in mind, I package your items with care. If you need something 'rushed' - let me know and we can arrange priority shipping, or whatever you need.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you want the right to make a claim if your item is damaged or lost, you MUST arrange insurance with me. I'm not responsible for the item once it enters the shipping system and since I package well, I don't damage won't occur from any fault of me. If you don't insure your package you waive the right to file any type of claim with me.
