Payment

I prefer to be payed via paypal, however, if this is inconvenient for you please message me and we can sort out an alternative way to pay.

Payment will be expected within 48hours of purchasing and the item will not be posted until payment is made.

If you change your mind about the item or you are not happy with the item once you receive it I am more than happy to discuss a refund and/or credit for the shop.

Shipping

At this point in time I can only ship items out one day a week (shipping day is friday). This is due to where I live at the moment, public transport isn't very good and I am without a car. However, if you do need the item urgently I will try my hardest to get the item posted after payment.

I ship internationally!! Rates of course will vary, however, if the shipping does cost less than I have quoted you will receive a refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to refund the entire cost of the item if you are not happy with it. The refund will be on condition that the item is returned to me in the condition that I sent it to you. You will be responsible for the cost of postage on the returned item.

I want you, the customer, to be happy with the item, and if you are not then to be comfortable and happy with the refund process. I do not bite and if anything at all is worrying you about the item please, please, do not hesitate to contact me.
