Payment

Mohop accepts credit cards via PayPal only.

Your order will not be shipped until your transaction is paid in full.

Shipping

*IMPORTANT*
Mohop will ship your purchase to your current Etsy account address. If you wish your purchase to be sent to a different address, please make a note in the comments section of your order.

SHIPPING OVERVIEW
Mohop shoes are handcrafted in small batches. Therefore, we ask that you allow approximately one week for shipment of your order. You will receive an e-mail once your order ships.

We ship with the United States Postal Service. Domestic packages are shipped via Priority Mail, with a 2-3 day typical delivery time.

International shipments are mailed via Express Mail International, with a typical delivery time of 6 days. However, please be aware that your package may be delayed by customs, government inspections and what-have-you; please allow additional time for delivery.

We have found that handling fees for international orders are substantially less with the postal system than with commercial carriers. If you have any questions with your order please e-mail us at shoes [!at] mohop.com (please include your invoice number).

Refunds and Exchanges

UNWORN Mohop sandals can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the arrival of your shipment. Any defects in workmanship will be repaired free-of-charge within one year of purchase (i.e., if something has broken or is threatening to break). If you wear the soling down to the wood, we cannot repair them for you, but congratulate you for walking so much! Additional Policies and FAQs

SHOE MAINTENANCE
Your Mohops are meant to be worn frequently and eventually they may get dirty or scratched. The shoes feature a durable hand-rubbed finish - to clean, simply wipe them with cool water and a mild detergent. Rubbing a dab of olive oil on any scratches will make them virtually disappear. Most ribbons can be hand washed.
