Payment

We accept bank and credit card payments through PayPal and USPS money orders. Please send us your payment within 7 days of the purchase date.

If we're shipping to Maine, please wait for a revised invoice from me so that we may tack on the regrettable 5% state sales tax (Etsy does not have a mechanism to automatically adjust for this - I wish they did!).

Shipping

We ship via USPS Monday through Friday. The charge for first class shipping includes delivery confirmation and insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our work and your satisfaction are guaranteed! You may return your purchase for any reason or none at all within 14 days, in the same condition and original packaging upon which it was received, and we will refund the purchase price, less shipping.

MINOR DETAILS: Items pictured are new, one-of-a-kind, and hand made by me in my Bangor, Maine studio • When placing an order, please keep in mind that monitors vary and the colors on your screen may or may not represent an item's exact color • Our photos do not show items true to scale (they're usually enlarged to show detail) - please refer to the item description for approximate sizes • Items come from a smoke-free home, but we do have kitties and they spend a fair amount of time (mine and theirs) organizing my jewelry supplies :)
