Payment

PayPal is accepted. North Carolina residents will be charged the current sales tax rate.

Shipping

Please note that all items are made by hand, and therefore allow 7-10 business days for most items to ship. Allow an additional 7-10 business days for crib sets. All orders are generally shipped by USPS because we feel that it is the most cost efficient for our customers.

Please note that insurance will only be purchased upon request. If you do not purchase insurance, Quilt Baby is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact Quilt Baby before attempting a return. Unsolicited returns will not be processed. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging with a receipt. Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee and shipping costs.

No returns on custom orders.
