Payment

Please pay at checkout via PayPal. Etsy easily facilitates this. If you do not pay within 72 hours of the purchase, I reserve the right to cancel your order and relist the item. I understand if you have special circumstances; please etsy convo me and I would be more than happy to accommodate your situation. Otherwise, the sale is canceled.

Shipping

Shipping options are as listed per item. If you have a special shipping need or request, please etsy convo me. I usually ship within 24 hours of purchase. If there are any delays or I am away, I notify immediately.

Additional Policies and FAQs

There is a 25% surcharge on all custom orders. Custom orders take between 2 - 3 weeks to complete, sometimes sooner. I do not do rush requests - sorry. Please be as explicit as possible with your request in terms of color preferences. If a request must be canceled or put on hold, please notify me at your earliest convenience of said cancellation or hold. I reserve the right to refuse a request if I have too many going at the moment. Thank you for your interest!
