Welcome

So glad you stopped by! Here you'll find some of the things I make: zabuton, pillow stars, knitting needle holders, bags and more. All of it is made by me with inspiration from my dog, Chance, and encouragement from my boyfriend, Chris. Please read through my policies; if you have any questions send me a convo—I respond quickly!

Payment

I accept only PayPal for now. After purchasing an item, log into PayPal to complete the transaction. Per Etsy's requirement, all payments must be made within three (3) days—unless I hear from you first. I'll send an e-mail or convo reminder on the second day but if I haven't received shipment by day three (3), I'll reverse the order and relist the item.

Shipping

I currently ship only in the United States. All shipments are sent priority mail with delivery confirmation through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping reflects the cost of packaging, postage and delivery confirmation.

I ship my products in reused and recycled boxes that are in good condition. If you prefer a brand-new box please let me know!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with something, please contact me so we can work out an exchange. In most cases I will refund the cost of the item, minus the shipping, once the item is returned to me.

If you see something you like, but want it in a different size/color or if you liked something that has already sold, please contact me; I may be able to (re)create it.
