We operate very low to the ground, keeping things as simple as possible. We print everything off pallet. Each and every piece is printed one at a time at our kitchen table. And all of our screens are burned in our fruit cellar turned darkroom. We pack and ship each item with our own hands. We do our best to choose materials that are as gentle on the earth as they are on your body.

Payment

We only accept Paypal at this time. If we do not receive payment or any communication within 3 days of transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on most of our items. We ship everything first class. If you need something sooner, let us know and we'll work out an expedited shipping rate for you.

Because we cannot track international packages, we are not responsible for any lost international orders. Please order at your own risk. (sorry, we know this super stinks)

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy in any way with your order, please tell us! We want your transaction to be a positive one, so communicate with us!

Updated policy 12/3/2009

1. We no longer accept exchanges for different sizes. So please be sure of your size!!! We attach the manufacturers size chart to each listing. It is so costly for us to repay shipping from the distributor if we are out of blanks in the size you are requesting. We know this isn't awesome... But it's what we have to do.

2. If you would like to return your item for a refund you can do so. Please just send us an email letting us know why.

3. We do not accept returns on sale items, oops items, or custom orders.



We will honor our former refund/exchange policy on purchases made before 12/3/2009:

1. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in.

2. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. To exchange an item, we ask that you include $4.00 with your returning item to cover shipping cost.

4. Sale items & oops items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
