Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to accept returns within 7 days of package delivery. You must contact me first to obtain a return authorization. Item must be returned unused and in same packaging in which you received it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are issued through the original payment method excluding shipping fees.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Most of the items in my shop are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for jewelry to leave my studio. As far as Xmas orders, I have been sending a special card to recipients letting them know that they will be receiving a special gift from Lula and Me Jewelry. The card will have to be overnighted or sent first class locally in Maryland. Deadline is December 23.
