Payment

I accept Paypal, cash, money orders, and personal checks. Please note that I do not ship until payment is received. If we do not receive your Paypal payment (or notice that you have initiated an eCheck payment through them) in three days, we will assume you forgot or changed your mind and cancel your order. If we do not receive your money order or check through the mail in two weeks, we will cancel your order but reinstate it if the mail is abnormally slow and shows a postmark within three days of purchase. Anything but PayPal and cash will be cashed and after a waiting period of two weeks due to the prevalence of fraud, I will mail the item. I prefer cash and PayPal, but still offer check options for those who cannot

Shipping

I strive to ship by the next business day except for custom orders and made-to-order listings (all vinyl and paper cutouts are made-to-order and may take up a week to create), but sometimes this is not possible for me. I will ship within three business days for sure. I will ship by First Class Mail or First Class International, but if you would like another shipping option, contact me and I will update the listed shipping price accordingly for you. Also, if you would like your package insured, I can add that to the shipping price as well.

Refunds and Exchanges

I keep my prices at the minimum I can to cover supplies, fees and a small amount of compensation for my time. Therefore, I cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you are concerned about this risk, please convo me and have me add the cost of insurance to your shipping. If a package is lost or damaged AND insured, I will remake the item if I have available supplies and if not I will offer you a refund. I do not accept returns, but if you dislike an item enough to exchange it, you may do so if it is still in new, undamaged condition (no worn jewelry) for something of equal value in my shop. You will need to return it to me at your expense and also pay for shipping on the item(s) you trade it for.

Please note that all of my items except those categorized as commercial supplies are handmade and are not necessarily the exact item pictured in the listing, but that it will be a reasonable approximation. There may be small variations in color, size, shape, etc. but it will be true to the spirit of the listing photo. Also be aware that colors vary from computer monitor to monitor. If it is important to you to get the exact object pictured, convo me and ask if the photo is of the current item for sale or of a duplicate. If it is a duplicate, I'll update the listing photo for you, but due to the time involved in creating a good listing photo, I do not take a new photo for duplicate items. If you have any questions, please convo me and I will likely answer in a short timeframe as I check my email often!
