Welcome to my Art166 Shop Polices (Terms of Service). Please be sure you agree to the following terms before ordering.

Want to purchase my art but can't choose just one piece? Contact me. I have a mad passion for (and some actual training and experience in) Interior Design. Of course, choosing more than one piece is a viable option, too.

Questions about matting & framing your new W. J. St. Christopher art? I've got answers -- or, at the very least, definite opinions.

All items in my shop are produced in a pet free/smoke free studio!

Payment

Etsy items can be purchased through PayPal, using a valid credit or debit card, even if you are not a PayPal member.

Currently, I accept payment via PayPal, only. Please submit your payment immediately at time of purchase. E-Checks must clear before item will ship.

Texas residents will be charged applicable sales tax. If you have any problems submitting payment, or any other questions or comments about your transaction, please contact me using the "Conversations" link at the top of this page.

Canceled Orders

Please let me know if you decide to cancel an order BEFORE making your payment. Notifying me before your payment is made will NOT lead to negative feedback.

Shipping

Please be sure that your correct shipping address is used on your PayPal account. I can ship items ONLY to your Verified PayPal address.

Lightweight items, not requiring a Customs Form (ACEOs, greeting cards, small art prints) can be shipped to Canada. Otherwise, I do not offer International shipping at the current time. This policy may change in future and may be negotiable on a case-by-case basis. See shipping details in individual item descriptions. Convo me with any questions.

My items are shipped via The United States Postal Service, 1st Class Mail. Please contact me, before submitting payment, to request special shipping arrangements or insurance.

Unless otherwise agreed, prints will be shipped rolled or flat, at my discretion. (Large-format prints - 16"x20" and larger are usually mailed in sturdy shipping tubes.)

** NOTE: Some of my work is produced "on demand", so please allow extra time for printing, drying and shipping. However, most items are shipped within a few days of receipt of payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Fine Art prints, posters, greeting cards and other art and craft items by W. J. St. Christopher are created using high-quality materials and are carefully packaged and shipped.

It is my hope that you will never need to return a W. J. St. Christopher product. However, if a return is necessary, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of item. Item must be return-shipped within 7 days of your receiving date and received in "like-new" condition (unless damaged in original shipment), using original or 'like' packing materials.

** NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

** NOTE: All of my images are (C)opyright Wendy J. St. Christopher. Purchased images may not be reprinted, published, or otherwise reproduced without my express permission.

**NOTE: I reserve the right to refuse business from Buyers having numerous negative feedbacks, or Buyers who are harassing or abusive in their communications.

** NOTE: Printed colors may vary slightly from your computer monitor's display. To ensure more accurate color representation, be sure your monitor is suitably calibrated. Some good, basic info on calibration can be found here:

Due to cropping, printing and trimming techniques, final size may vary by a very small amount. I suggest you not purchase mats or frames until AFTER receiving your print.


IMAGE AVAILABILITY:

The majority of my images are available as OPEN EDITION (unlimited) printings. A few pieces are offered in Limited Edition printings of 166 reproductions or as 'one of a kind' and will be clearly marked as such. Most ACEOs are available in Limited Editions of 20 each.

At my discretion, images may be made available in creatively modified versions (color changes, manipulation of form or basic design or other changes) at any given time. These altered images will be offered as separate Editions.

Prints are signed and, where applicable, dated and numbered by the artist. ACEOs are signed, dated and numbered on the back. Collectible greeting cards are, in most cases, unsigned.

Unless otherwise specified, each image will be reproduced on acid-free, heavyweight, specialty paper, using long-lasting, fade resistant, or archival inks. Modern inks will provide many years of viewing pleasure when displayed indoors, matted and under glass, Plexiglas(TM), or similar glazing, and protected from moisture and direct light.

Measurement of final print will include a white or color-coordinated border for easier handling, matting and/or framing. ACEOs, and some greeting cards, are not bordered.

** FRAMING TIP: For non-standard sized prints, consider having a mat cut for your artwork that will easily fit into any standard frame.

**NOTE: I do not offer matting or framing services at this time. How your print is finished for display is a personal choice, best left to you. Also, having your print matted and framed locally allows you to take advantage of coupons and other discounts and significantly reduces your shipping costs and the possibility of in-transit damage. Recently, I've noticed many Etsy vendors offering mats and frames which will fit your prints and/or ACEOs.
