Hello from Sparrow!

Thank you for visiting my shop and taking an interest in my policies! I encourage buyers to look at a sellers feedback before they make a purchase....it's the best way to find out about a seller and can give you a great idea of the quality of their items.

Payment

PayPal (preferred), personal check, money order.

Shipping

I USUALLY ship 1-2 days after payment is received (I will let you know if this is not the case). Shipping is through USPS first class mail, unless you request otherwise at an additional charge. International orders may not be shipped until the following Saturday since this requires a trip to the Post Office. If your Etsy ship to address and PayPal ship to address are different, please let me know which one is correct in 'Notes to seller' at checkout, otherwise I will contact you and your shipment may be delayed.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me if there are any problems, and we'll work together to come up with a solution to make you happy! :) If you are totally unhappy, you can send your item(s) back, and I will refund your money, minus shipping.
