Shipping

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. All 144 Collection handbags are shipped USPS Priority Mail & Global Priority Mail with tracking. Wristlets are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive a 144 Collection bag that is defective in any way (unless it was damaged by the postal service), you may
return it for repair or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. We will reimburse your return shipping, repair or exchange the
bag and ship it back to you as soon as possible, free of charge. The only exception to this policy is clearance items.
Clearance items are sold as-is.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving
it. Please inspect all products upon receipt because absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after 7 days. Please
remember that shipping charges are not refundable.
