Welcome

Armadillo Jewelry is unique jewelry made with nature in mind. I make necklaces, earrings, bracelets, anklets, pendants, rings, brooches and pins. I also like to make jewelry that is funky and chunky with surprise designs that are a little bit different.

Payment

Payment of your order through Etsy is expected within 5 business days.

Armadillo Jewelry accepts major credit cards and PayPal through PayPal payment services.

Armadillo Jewelry never receives your personal payment information. Do not send your credit card number directly to Armadillo Jewelry.

For payment issues not connected with satisfaction with Armadillo Jewelry, please contact PayPal directly.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of order and payment through PayPal. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided once the item has shipped.

If requested, a tracking number will be provided.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Armadillo Jewelry immediately. Exchanges and returns will be evaluated on an individual basis. Please contact Armadillo Jewelry to discuss the issue and, if necessary, receive return authorization instructions.

Typically, returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of your purchase, less shipping and handling.

If you are not satisfied with the product, Armadillo Jewelry will consider returns made within 10 days of your purchase, providing you return the item(s) at your expense and it is in its original condition with stones intact and is not damaged.

Armadillo Jewelry is not responsible for returned item(s) lost or damaged during shipping.

Armadillo Jewelry does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any personally identifiable information about you.

Contact information for customers, potential customers, and/or partners is collected so that Armadillo Jewelry may provide product customer care, including shipping, responses to questions, and product inquiries.

Armadillo Jewelry does not have access to and does not collect or store credit card or other personal information. Information retained: name, mailing address, email address, phone number, order history.

When you place an order or sign up on the mailing list, Armadillo Jewelry will add your email address. To opt out, please send an email with the subject 'Remove' to armadillo jewelry at yahoo dot com

Armadillo Jewelry will not be held liable for any loss, damage or claim resulting from the use of this site, Etsy or PayPal.

Products are provided "as is" without warranty.

Armadillo Jewelry will not be held responsible for loss or damage from abuse, normal wear, or theft.

If product is defective, Armadillo Jewelry will work with you to repair or replace at our option.

Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, elements of the jewelry are often unique and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
