Hi there, and welcome to Glue&Glitter! It’s been busy over here lately, and there are lots of fun projects in the works. Here are my shop policies. If you've got any questions, hit me up by clicking the link over there on the right that reads "contact Glueandglitter."

Payment

Payment is processed securely via PayPal. Please check out their policies and procedures at:

Once payment is received and processed, your order will ship within 3 business days.

***Georgia shoppers will be charged 8% sales tax on purchases.***

Shipping

Items are generally shipped within 3 business days of payment receipt via USPS or UPS. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your item! If you need something faster, just let me know, and we can talk about upgrading your shipping.

***Holiday Shipping Deadlines***
All Lunch Kits ship USPS Priority, and the deadline for the U.S. is 4pm EST on December 20th. If you'd like to updgrade to Express shipping, contact me and I'll set you up with a custom listing. Express orders have a deadline of December 22nd.

Cup Glove Kits and Cupcaprons ship USPS First Class, with a deadline of 4pm EST on December 6th. If you would like to upgrade shipping to USPS Priority or Express, just contact me and I'll set you up with a custom listing!

The deadline for International orders is December 6th. This should ensure delivery by December 25th, but customs can be unpredictable. If you'd like to upgrade to International Priority or International Express, please contact me for a custom listing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Glue&Glitter is happy to accept returns within 7 days of delivery for refund or exchange, although shipping costs must be covered by the recipient. Please be sure to send an email before sending a return, so I'll be keeping an eye out for the package!

Glue&Glitter will not share your information with any other parties without your express permission! I respect your privacy.

*Local Atlanta Folks*
If you want to arrange a pickup, please convo me after your purchase by clicking the link that reads "contact glueandglitter!" I can refund your shipping fee and we can work out a hand-off to save you some time and cash!

*International Orders*
International shipping is not traceable, and therefore not guaranteed. Please advise me if you are willing to pay for the added insurance costs to guarantee the item. Also, please be aware of the mailing restrictions within your own country. If these items are not allowed to be shipped into your country, please be advised I am not responsible if customs takes possession of a package. In addition, please be aware that international buyers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective country.
