Birds of a Feather is the exclusive manufacturer and retailer of Ruffled Crepe Trim. Always lots in stock ~ use them in your craft projects, scrapbooking, or to add a festive touch to your decor! Don't see a color you need, or need a larger quantity, just send a convo!

Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours of purchase.
If payment is not received by such, all items will be re-listed.

We only accept PayPal.

Shipping

Order is shipped USPS to the address provided on ETSY, unless otherwise noted. 3+ items automatically ships USPS Priority.

Domestic ~ Items ship in 0 - 3 business days via First Class

Special Orders are shipped in 1 - 7 days, unless in stock.

International ~ I'm happy to ship orders $20+ to you! PLEASE covo me PRIOR to ordering so I can put a Special Order listing up for you with exact shipping charges. (Please read further for insurance info.)

INSURANCE:

Domestic ~ Please request insurance if you have concerns prior to checkout, as we cannot be responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in the mail. Qw take great care to pack every order so it arrives safe and sound, just as pictured! Orders over $50. are insured automatically.

International ~ The USPS does not offer insurance or tracking on shipping. Tracking is available on Priority - please convo for price quote. The good news is that we have had only success shipping internationally, and it has been very reliable! Expect your items in 7 - 10 days, some countries take longer (2 - 4 weeks.) Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

In an effort to go a little "greener" and conserve paper, we now only include order receipts upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because of the handmade nature of my items I do not offer refunds. Store merchandise credit issued only on returned items in their original condition. Shipping charges are not included in merchandise credit.
