Welcome

Thank you for visiting the Elise Calhoun Mosaics Etsy Shop. All of my pieces are created with love in my studio in Austin, Texas. Incorporating recycled and locally purchased materials is very important to me. Most of my pieces will have elements of both.

If you have any questions or are interested in a custom piece, please let me know! I do custom work often and love collaborating with people to create a mosaic they will love!

Payment

*I accept payments through Paypal.

*Please note that if you pay by PayPal e-check, the check must clear before your order is shipped.*

* Orders will be shipped when payment is received in full, no exceptions.

SALES TAX: Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax on all artwork and shipping charges.

Shipping

Items are normally shipped out within 5 to 7 days of payment receipt, unless otherwise informed (i.e. I am swamped with custom orders, day job or you have other preferences).

*When possible, all packaging materials used are recycled material purchased and shipped from this really cool local shop called Eco Box. Even the bubble wrap biodegrades in 2 years!

*If you need an item shipped on or by a certain date, please CONVO me to let me know and I will see what I can do. :)

Items ship within the US via either USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground as indicated in the item listing. Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box.

* Your order will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy receipt, not your PayPal address. *

This does not include tracking or insurance. If you'd like to add either, please convo me before completing the Paypal transaction. I cannot be responsible for breakage during shipping. Shipping charges include a handling fee.

*Your item will be packaged for shipping using recycled materials if available.

AUSTIN buyers- you may decline shipping costs and pick up your piece at my studio if you desire. Please CONVO me before purchasing your piece, to make arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my best to accurately describe and photograph my listed items. Please read the descriptions carefully as I do not accept returns unless there was a mistake on my part. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping is non-refundable and buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

I put a lot of time and love into my art, so that you can enjoy your one-of-a-kind mosaic. Please note that prices listed are NON-negotiable (it's art!). I do place items on sale often, so keep checking out the sale bin.
