Welcome to my little shop on the web.

Phantom Limb takes "the stuff you're missing" -- that you donated to a thrift store or threw in a recycle bin -- and gives it a cute new life as "the stuff you're missing" -- notebooks, cards, other arty fun.

My creations reflection my love of assemblage and my day job as a graphic designer. I love repurposing found materials, and all my goods incorporate some element of reclaimed materials.

Payment

I accept Paypal payments only. Please see Etsy's guidelines for payment and cancellation deadlines.

Shipping

Orders are shipped every Monday and Thurday morning unless otherwise stated via U.S Post Office.

We generally choose 1st class or Priority mail, but some larger items may be shipped 2nd class and take up to week to arrive in the U.S. We do our best to keep you updated on shipped status and welcome questions should you be waiting for an item.

All items ship with delivery confirmation. Shipping prices reflect this cost.

If you would like to add insurance to your order, please message before payment for an invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please make sure to throughly read the shop listing before making a purchase. I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Items that are damaged or lost during transit AND were shipped with insurance (see shipping policies) are eligible for replacement with photo proof of damage.

There are of course always exceptions to rules -- my first priority is that you are happy with your items and the experience of shopping with Phantom Limb. Please message with any questions or concerns.

Custom orders: I love doing them. I've done everything from customized Michigan journals for weddings and birthdays to special order art work. Many items can also be ordered in a higher quantity. Please just give a shout with ideas and questions.
