Payment

•Pay Pal is the preferred method of payment.

•Please note------Custom items will not be made until payment is received.

•Items will not ship until payment is received.
•If payments must be received within 4 days of purchase

Shipping

All Items ships USPS First Class mail with insurance. Larger items (bags) are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance.

If you would like any extra services such as delivery or signature confirmation please contact me.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Buyers please contact me for an accurate rate to your location. You will have the option between low cost shipping, and a higher quote to which you can add insurance.

Low cost shipping is very affordable and quite dependable, but The Candy Thief cannot be responsible for any damages without using the insured option.

Refunds and Exchanges

NO exchanges or refunds on custom work.

Exchanges can be made on ready to ship pieces within 10DAYS of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
