Payment

Paypal is a secure third party payment processor which accepts all major credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to pay for your order and best of all, you don't disclose any financial information to me :)

Shipping

Item will be shipped in a sealed waterproof sleeve within a reinforced & recycled fiberboard envelope via Air Mail from Auckland, New Zealand. From experience, approximate delivery timeframes are as follows:
Northern America, UK, Europe & East Asia - 6-14 days
Australia - 3-6 days
New Zealand - 2-3 days

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to send me an email/convo right away. I will be more than happy to refund, replace or exchange so that your etsy shopping experience will be a good one :)

Delivery Dilemmas?
I ship prints using waterproof plastic sleeves and reinforced cardboard envelopes (with an added piece of cardboard reinforcement inside). "Please do not Fold" is clearly marked on the front underneath the postal address. If your order is lost in the mail or arrives damaged (which thankfully doesn't happen that often!), please don't hesitate to contact me so I can organize a refund/replacement. Note: I can replace Gocco/screenprinted prints providing I still have some left in the edition :)

Actual colors may slightly vary from those shown due to the nature of photographic/scanning processes and as well as, individual computer monitor settings.
