Hellooooo! Welcome to my policy page where you can read all the...fine print, the nitty gritty, the dirt, the low down, the what for's, the what not's, the hub bub, the ho ha's and all that other fun and seemingly useless but important information. :D

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal, personal and cashiers cheque, small goats, strawberry twizzlers and money orders. I have also been known to take trades but don't be offended if I turn you down, I may just be broke at the time and want the money instead! Please note that if payment or arrangements have not been made within 24 hours, I will cancel the sale and relist your item. Afterwards I will throw myself on the floor and sob myself to sleep so it's on you.

Shipping

Shipping costs suck outloud worldwide, this I know but I do the best I can to try and not sock it to you. I am not out to make money on shipping so if you see shipping fees that are too wacky to be true, than let me know and I'll recheck it.

Items ship USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, you may request expedited shipping and I will calculate the fees for that. I also ship around the globe and again will ship priority or express for an additional cost. Insurance is extra so if you feel that you need it than state that in a convo before purchase or in the message to seller.

Made to order items MAY take up to 14 days to ship. I may be out of the materials and need to order them in and then there's the whole make and create thing. In stock items generally post out in the next days mail day.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be a happy camper so I will allow you to exchange your item up to seven days from the date delivery is confirmed should there be no happiness. If it is the wrong size, wrong colour, wrong whatever, just convo me and we can work something out. You are responsible for shipping back an item with it's original packaging and delivery confirm. Items that are, God forbid lost or damaged will be assessed on an individual basis.
