Payment

We accept Paypal, RME and money orders.

Shipping

Generally, all items will be shipped first class mail. Your creation will be wrapped in tissue and come in a pretty white box - perfect for gift giving! If you would prefer your item to get to you sooner, please let us know and we can ship priority mail, which is 4.75 at this particular moment in time.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unless I have grossly misrepresented myself, there will be no refunds or exchanges on custom items. Each creation is made with your specifications. I do request that you let me know if you are displeased, and we can figure something out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my items are custom made, with the exception of anything the SAMPLE SALE section. I am open to consignment, dropshipping and wholesaling. Each of my creations generally will take one week to make. If you need something 'rushed', make sure you let me know.
