Hi there and thanks for taking a look at the Wool Bunny store! I'm an enthusiastic (that's putting it mildly) spinner.

You will never get fibers here at Wool Bunny that I wouldn't spin with myself.

Payment

I currently accept payment in the form of Paypal and (if you're in Germany) in the form of an Überweisung/Bank transfer.

It would be great if you could *initiate* your payment within 24 hours of purchase. I do realise that if you are paying with a bank transfer that it may take a little longer to clear.

If payment hasn't cleared within 7 working days I will relist the item. However, I do understand that technical issues may arise and I'm more than happy to work with you =)

Shipping

I will ship the item using the most economical and reliable way possible. From Germany that means with Deutsche Post and DHL.

I ship once the payment has cleared.

I currently ship to the US, Canada and Europe. If you are somewhere else please mail me for the correct shipping quote or contact me beforehand and I will adjust the listing to provide you with the shipping as you checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the colour, I will be happy to exchange the item for you minus the shipping charges.

If you are unhappy with the product in general please contact me about the nature of the issue and we can work something out. I will strive to provide you with the best service possible.
