Welcome

My policies are pretty straight forward, common sense/courtesy. I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If you have any questions regarding these policies please contact me, I am happy to help.

Payment

I accept PayPal as the main form of payment. Payment is expected at the time of purchase. If the payment is not received within 2 hours from purchase I will send a reminder email to request payment. If payment is not received within two days from purchase the order will be canceled.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail and are insured. If another shipping method is preferred please contact me and I will be happy to accommodate the request.

All items are shipped within 2 days from purchase (but usually sooner)

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item is not to your liking or does not fit I am happy to issue a refund. The refund will be given after the item is return, in the same condition it was received in.

Please contact me before returning the item so that I can expect it's arrival.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Hand-Carved Stamp Policies:

All hand-carved stamps are my personal designs and copyrighted (excluding custom stamps with the customer’s personal design). You are free to use them in personal projects, or business (please mention who created the stamp/s, ‘whimsybyjess’, in your listing, if you are planning to sell the items featuring my stamp designs here on Etsy, or anywhere else on the Web.)

Custom stamps of a unique design or logo for business or personal use can be used in any way you wish. (An extra fee is required for custom stamps and an additional fee if you would like the design to be exclusive to you.)

If you are sending me a personal design, or one made especially for you, you are free to use the stamp however you wish, and the exclusivity fee does not apply. (I do not make stamps of copyrighted images, unless you have permission from the creator of the image to use it in this manner.)

Pattern Policies:

The crochet patterns featured in my shop are my personal designs and copyrighted. You are free to use them for personal projects. If you are interested in selling items made using my patterns contact me for permission first.
Do not redistribute or reproduce any part of the patterns.
