Welcome to my shop! As I grow and stretch my spinning, dyeing and beading muscles, I will be listing products here for you to peruse.

Payment

At this time I am only accepting Paypal for payments, but I hope to work out other forms of payment in the near future. If you have not paid for your item within 3 days of purchase or arranged an extension of terms with me through communication here on Etsy, I will re-list the item. Please contact me if you have any trouble with payment and we will work something out.

Shipping

International shipping and flat box shipping to be added soon! At this time I am only shipping USPS. Packages will be in the mail the business day after I receive your payment.

Please note that I try to recycle shipping materials whenever possible. Good for the planet, but the outer shipping box isn't always a pretty sight :). I would never use shipping materials which compromised the quality of the product inside, however.

I can't guarantee I will always be able to do this, but while it is feasible, I am including delivery confirmation on every package I send out, at no additional cost to you!

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item is lost or damaged in the mail, please contact me immediately and we will work something out. It is important to me that you are happy with what you purchase from me so if at any time you receive an item you are not happy with, let me know. I can't do anything to help you if I don't know you are dissatisfied! Please note that while I do my best to take accurate photographs of my items and describe them, colors will vary from monitor to monitor.
