Payment

*Paypal*
Your immediate payment through paypal is appreciated. Thank you.
You need not have a paypal account to make a payment with this service. Please contact me if you need help with completing your transaction.

*Google Checkout*
If you wish to make payment through Google, please select "other" at checkout. I will send you a Google Checkout Invoice.

*Terms*
All purchases must be paid for within 3 business days. If no payment is received, the sale will be cancelled and your feedback may be affected. Please contact me immediately if you have made in errors in your order to avoid any miscommunication. Thank you.

*TAX*
Please note that California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping

*Shipping Address*
Your order will be shipped to the address you specify during your ETSY checkout purchase. If you have made an error, please contact me immediately so that I can make a change in your order. Most orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Custom and made to order items will usually be ready to ship within 5-7 business days. (Notice will be given if your piece will take longer to create).

*Shipping Method*
Shipping charges in your etsy order include shipping and handling costs.

*Domestic Orders*
I will mail your item using USPS first class with delivery confirmation in the US.
*Other Shipping Options*
Upgraded shipping time available.
Priority Mail: (2-3 days) $7.00
Express Mail: (1-2 days) $18.25
*For Priority or Express, please contact me and I will bill you the additional fees.

*International Orders*
I will mail your items using USPS Global First Class. Shipping times may vary by destination. Please contact me for price quotes for upgrades (not available in all areas). International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial US postage.
*Please be sure that your country allows the import of jewelry.
*Please be aware that overseas shipping can take several weeks.

*Gift Wrap*
All items are packaged nicely in a gift box or other packaging suitable for gift giving. If you will be sending your purchase directly to the gift recipient, please let me know in your buyers note to seller at checkout, and I will include a card with your sentiment (and omit the receipt).

*RUSH Orders*
If you need something by a specific date, please contact me. Some items may be available for rush shipment, but please ask. There may be an additional charge for RUSH orders of custom items. See also the information above for Priority or Express Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your handmade jewelry, I will accept a return for exchange or refund within 30 days of your receipt of the item. You may mail it back its original condition in a bubble mailer to prevent damage, and I will issue a refund, minus any shipping fees. Please let me know if you are unsatisfied. Simple alterations or repairs are provided at no cost except shipping fees.

*Note: personalized orders may not be returnable. Please contact me.

*Gift Certificates*
Gift Certificates in any denomination are available. Please contact me.
To make payment using a gift certificate, please select "other" as your payment option, and include the gift certification authorization and code listed on your certificate in the note to seller.

*Parties*
If you are in the Orange County area and interested in hosting a private jewelry event, contact me for more details.

*Wholesale*
Wholesale inquiries are welcome from qualified businesses.

Jewelry is not intended for small children as it may present a choking hazard.
