All my charms are made using lead free solder.

Also, I try to represent my artwork accurately, but monitors are different and sometimes the actual piece maybe brighter or darker than shown.

I leave positive feedback after I get word you're happy with your purchase. So convo me or leave me feedback. Please give me a chance to make you happy before leaving negative feedback. In most cases, I think it is just a matter of poor communication.

Payment

Paypal payments need to be made within 3 days. The sooner you pay, the sooner I can send your goodies.
Money Orders---I'll convo you to make arrangements

Shipping

I ship everything USPS and I add delivery confirmation when available. I carefully pack all items. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
If this is a concern, I can add insurance for an additional charge.

I will ship Priority Mail, and internationally, just let me know and wait for my adjusted invoice.

I do not inflate my shipping charges. I charge just enough to cover shipping and packaging. I also don't drive to town everyday. I will ship your purchase within a day or two.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to LOVE your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact me promptly. I handle this on a case by case basis (so far no one has wanted to return anything!)
