Welcome to the Gifts by Nadine Etsy store! I've been creating for a few years now and I never get tired of it. I especially enjoy items that can be used for gift giving.

Payment

Payment can be made using Paypal immediately upon submission of order. Cancellations to your order can be made up until time of shipping for a full refund.

Shipping

All items will be shipped by Canada Post. Insurance will be added to any order with a total of $10 or more. I am happy to ship internationally!

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item arrives in less that perfect condition it can be returned for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please allow 10-14 days for international shipment (Canada Post can be a little slow). In case of loss I will replace the item at my expense if I have an identical item available. If not, you can receive store credit or a refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are available! In order to proceed with your custom order I will require a 50% deposit up front. Remainder of the price is payable upon completion but must be made before shipping.
