Hi!
The following policies are pretty clearly spelled out, but I am always happy to field any questions or concerns you may have, or clarify anything that isn't clear enough for you! Please convo away!

Payment

I accept the following methods of payment: credit cards, through Paypal + Etsy's checkout OR directly, and money orders WHEN pre-notified and received within 5 business days of purchase.

Payment by credit cards, whether through Paypal/Etsy or otherwise, is due within 48 hours of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. If you cannot make payment right away, please do not make purchases without contacting me first.

Shoppers in Massachusetts are subject to 5% sales tax.

re: COUPON CODES/DISCOUNTS:
please type in the notes at checkout. you can wait for an adjusted invoice, or go ahead and pay first & we'll refund your discount later!

Shipping

Shipping in the US is USPS First Class/Parcel Post w/delivery confirmation unless otherwise specified. If the actual cost of shipping for multiple-item orders is significantly lower than the amount charged to you, I will always refund overpayment to you.

If the cost of combined shipping is equivalent to Priority Mail shipping costs, I will ship Priority Mail instead unless you request 1st Class/Parcel Post and a refund instead. Priority Mail shipping and insurance are also available for all purchases upon request, at an additional charge.

International shipment is USPS First Class International (Air Mail), with Priority Mail International + Express also being options to countries where it is available. International shipping costs tend to be estimated on the high side. I will always refund significant overpayments in shipping, and you may always contact me for an estimate BEFORE purchasing if you are concerned about the cost of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. For most items, you may return your item (in original, resaleable condition) for a full refund, minus shipping costs IF you contact me to secure return authorization.

Customers who received free shipping who want to return an item may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee. Please contact us for details if you are not completely happy with your purchase.

I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit once they have left my hands. If you are concerned about the possibility of loss or damage by the shipper, please contact me about adding insurance to your package.

Whew! That was a lot of information! Thanks for reading! A few last things:

Please allow a reasonable margin of error for color on-screen vs. real-life color due to differences in monitors & display; I make sure my photos are as true-to-life as possible and describe colors as well, but computer monitors will vary!

I am trade-friendly and accept custom orders if I believe that the requests are something that I can fulfill properly. However, I am a little swamped right now, so please do not take it personally if I let you know that I cannot trade or accept a custom order at this time.
