Shipping

I ship regular Malaysia register Post airmail.This gives you a tracking number. I will send the tracking number upon shipment, but if you have not heard from me, please feel free to get in touch and I'll email it straight away.
This usually means that *after* the item has left my hands, it takes the following approx. times to arrive...

to destinations
in Malaysia: 2-5 days
in USA & Canada : 10-21 days
Internationally: 8-15 days(non U.S.A & Canda)
**For Internationally sometime will take longer time up to 21 days,is depend on your local post office traffic as well.

I am not responsible for items not received if you provide incorrect address. Normaly I ship follow the address you provide. I will send you the confirmed address & traking number via etsy convo.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted. I encourage people to ask as many questions as they like about items in my shop before they buy. The buyer needs to pay shipping for returned items. As long as they are retuned within 14 days from the delivery date & are in the original, undamaged state, returned items shall be fully refunded. Should you decide to return anything, please email me.
