I am located in Canada and will ship world wide. If you have any questions at all about my items, sales policies, or me, please ask! Resale inquiries welcome.

Payment

PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD (PREFERRED):
Payment required within 7 days of purchase. Credit cards are processed via the PayPal checkout system - you are not required to register with PayPal to use your credit card.

MONEY ORDER:
If you are located outside Canada you must ensure money order is "international" type (usually pink coloured). Post office and bank issued money orders preferred. Expect to mail within 48 hours of purchase to ensure prompt delivery.

OTHER:
Sorry, no cheques. Cash in person upon pickup is accepted.

Shipping

Ship worldwide, items ship from Canada. All shipments are sent with insurance included for your peace of mind. If you require parcel tracking service or express delivery please ask for a quote. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

MULTIPLE ITEMS (DISCOUNT):
Additional items ship FREE if paid in one combined payment! The largest/heaviest item sets the cost with additional items shipped free. Items must be paid in ONE COMBINED INVOICE to be eligible for discount. Don't pay for items one-at-a-time, just ask me to send you a combined invoice when you are finished shopping.

SHIPMENTS TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE CANADA:
Be aware that your shipment may incur Customs fees and taxes upon receipt and/or delivery delays during Customs inspection. This is beyond my control and should be anticipated.

LOCAL PICKUP:
My home studio is private so we must meet elsewhere (eg. coffee shop). I am located in downtown Vancouver and can flex my schedule to meet your needs. Cash only (exact change) accepted for pickups - I will give you a total in Canadian dollars.

DELIVERY TIME (ESTIMATED, EXCLUDES WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS):
USA - approx. 4-10 weekdays
USA Military APO/FPO - up to approx. 20 weekdays
Canada - approx. 2-8 weekdays
Other International - approx. 6-12 weekdays

Refunds and Exchanges

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds given via PayPal only. Unworn fabric jewelry (lace chokers, etc.) can only be returned if damaged/defective, however I will be glad to make any repairs free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be reported to me first, and sent back at your expense within 30 days of purchase with copy of receipt. Refunds not issued until merchandise is returned.
