All items presented for sale are the actual hand made pieces of art that I create myself.
Payment
I accept payment via PayPal.
All items must be paid for within 24 hours. If you need extra time, please contact me to let me know. Transactions not paid for within 3 days of purchase will be cancelled.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. If paying by e-check via PayPal please allow for extra 4-5 days for the check to clear.
Please make sure your shipping address is the PayPal confirmed address.
Shipping is by USPS with delivery confirmation.
Insurance is included up to USD 200. Contact me if you require extra coverage.
International shipping is available on individual basis. Please contact me for price quote prior to ordering.
International buyers are responsible for paying their country customs duties, taxes, etc.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item to arrange a refund of the purchase price minus shipping. The items must be returned in original unused condition.
Please be advised that CUSTOM orders are not refundable and returnable!
Additional Policies and FAQs
A 50% deposit is required for custom & special orders before work will begin. Custom orders may take 3 to 5 weeks to finish. Shipping date will be decided upon ordering.
