Payment

Paypal is preferred. Please check that your Paypal address is your correct mailing address.

I also accept Postal Money Orders. If I have not received your money order after ten days, I will send a Paypal invoice. If that is unpaid after 48 hours, I will cancel the order.

I do not accept personal checks.

If I have not received payment after 24 hours, I will email to make sure that there was not confusion during checkout. After three days without payment, I will cancel the transaction. If you change your mind about a purchase, I appreciate you contacting me to let me know.

6% tax will be added to all purchases shipped to Michigan addresses.

Shipping

I ship USPS First Class Mail. If you would like to change the shipping method for your order, please contact me and I will send an invoice to cover any additional postal costs.

All packages ship within 72 hours of payment unless otherwise noted in the listing or the shop announcement.

***Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I record the price paid (less shipping) as the value of your purchase on the customs form. I will not write false information on this form.***

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me first if you have a concern about your purchase.

I want you to be happy with your new accessory. If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted as long as the jewelry is postmarked for return within five days of receipt (as shown on the delivery confirmation). For example, if a pair of earrings is delivered to you on March 1st, they would have to be postmarked for return on March 6th or earlier.

Refunds are issued upon my receipt of the product in new condition. Shipping fees are not refunded.

EARRINGS can be returned, but $2 will be deducted from the refund amount to replace the earwires.

CUSTOM ORDERS may not be returned.

I package jewelry securely. Should damage occur during shipment, I will fix the piece free of charge.

I take pride in my packaging. All jewelry will arrive in either a jewelry box or organza bag. If you have a preference, please leave me a note during checkout.
