Payment

Paypal or US Postal Service Money Order is happily accepted.

For Paypal payments, I will ship the next business day once payment is confirmed through Paypal which usually takes no more than 48 hours for direct payments. E-check through Paypal takes a little longer.

For Money orders, I will ship once the money order is received. I recommend mailing with delivery confirmation for your protection & mine.

Shipping

I usually ship the next business day after receipt of payment, barring any unforeseen circumstance.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All items are shipped USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Convo me for a quote. I will gladly let you know what the shipping cost will be based on the weight of the particular item and your postal code. Unfortunately I cannot list a flat shipping rate because of these variables.

Refunds and Exchanges

I ship with delivery confirmation. For higher priced items I will add insurance, or at your request. If an item arrives damaged please contact me within 24 hours of receipt by convo me so that I can arrange return shipping and a refund.

These items are breakable and due care should be exercised in the handling of them.

Additional Policies and FAQs

MATERIALS:
I use pre-fired bisque pieces, paint them, then they are glazed and fired in a kiln. They are not hand built or wheel thrown pottery. (I have a great deal of respect for those talented potters!!!)

NUMBERED ITEMS (FUTURE HEIRLOOMS?):
All of the pieces are signed by me, Sheila, and numbered, this is the order in which they were painted... their "born on" date... it is not a 1 of xxx series. Everything is a One of A Kind (OOAK) piece.
