Payment

I accept check, money order, echecks, and paypal (credit cards, direct bank deductions). Checks and money orders must be postmarked no later than three days after your purchase. I will mail an item as soon as checks and echecks are cleared through the banks. Please pay as promptly as possible or convo me before purchase with expected pay date unless waiting for a revised invoice.

Shipping

All item ships USPS first class mail (domestic and international) unless combined with an item that ships USPS Priority. Other shipping options available-please convo before purchasing and include zip code or country code.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please convo me about any concerns with your order or requests for returns before leaving feedback. Shipping will not be refunded on returns and the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
Items are not insured unless requested. Please request insurance during checkout and wait for a revised invoice with insurance included in shipping costs. Any lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of USPS and can be dealt with through your local post office. If you do not have an insured package that is lost or damage please convo me so we can remedy the situation.
Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
All items are hand made and no two will be exactly alike so please expect minor differences from the posted photos. Colors may be vary slightly from the photos as computer screens show a bit different than the real thing.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Wholesale orders are available with six piece minimum for each small plush (hippos, elephants, hedgehogs, etc.), twelve piece minimum for tiny critters (penguins, fluffy puppies, etc.), and three piece minimum for larger critters (pillow pals, large elephants, hippos, etc.). No minimum purchase price. Convo for prices.
I am not currently offering consignment.
Each critter is handmade so please expect slight variances.
Custom orders are always welcome. ***All critters are available in any color you would like!***
